What are you ignoring in your business?
Every business has things we just accept as “normal.”
But “normal” doesn’t mean it’s good for our company.
For example, at the Sumo offices, we have a door that’s been broken for two years. After a while, we accepted that we had to use the other door.
In today’s Entrepreneur Appetizer story, I share the lesson I learned from the door.
This lesson applies to business, entrepreneurship… and even our personal lives.
In this short podcast, you’ll learn 3 key things:
- What a broken door can teach you about business and life
- Why acceptance can be like a disease
- How we put “sticky notes” over things in our business that are not working
Enjoy.

Hey Noah, I find these episodes interesting in video form but I dislike the format for podcasts due to their length. Typically when I turn on a podcast, I want to click play and leave my phone alone for 1-2hrs compared to your appetizer podcasts where I click play, listen for 2mins then have to find something else to listen to.
